We're looking for Java Developers with AI experience to support RTC Automation Voice Recording initiatives for a leading Banking & Financial Services client. If you enjoy solving complex enterprise challenges with modern Java and AI technologies, we'd love to connect.

Handson AI usage and building applications/models, apprehension; AI/Generative AI Integration.

Backend/Front-End.

Real-Time Communication (RTC)/Voice Recording & Call Recording Solutions (Plus).

What we are loooking :

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with 7 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and modern cloud-native development practices, along with exposure to AI/Generative AI technologies. Experience working on RTC Automation, Voice Recording, real-time communication systems, or voice processing solutions is highly preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of scalable application design, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and messaging technologies such as Kafka. Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment are essential.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $63 $64 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
