Job Description

Job Title: Partnership Executive / Senior Partnership Executive / Principal Partnership Executive

Reporting to: Regional Partnership Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: From £30,000 per annum (competitive depending on skill set & experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Partnership Executive to join our Nottingham team to service a number of our key accounts in the region. Our East Midlands team are a high performing team who continue to grow. We are therefore seeking an experienced individual who has a proven record of running a busy desk. For the right applicant, we are able to offer a senior or principal role with a negotiable salary.

As a Partnership Executive, you will be the key account manager and first port of contact for a portfolio of schools covering the Nottinghamshire area. You will work alongside the wider team to enhance our partnerships by providing consistently outstanding service to our clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage relationships with a portfolio of schools & academies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visits
  • Provide an excellent candidate journey for all teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Effectively manage a variety of long term and day to day vacancies
  • Build a strong pool of experienced and vetted candidates ready for placement
  • Conduct interviews with prospective candidates
  • Work alongside the team to develop candidate attraction techniques and provide an outstanding candidate journey
  • Work collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that School requirements are met
  • Deliver excellent service to facilitate outstanding relationships to our clients

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 12 months experience in education recruitment
  • An understanding managed service solutions
  • Demonstrated success in providing outstanding customer service
  • The ability to problem solve and navigate through challenges effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the region as required
  • Motivation and drive to grow with the company
