Job Summary

GFT Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for a confidential banking client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations), platform architecture, integrations, governance, security, and technical leadership.

This role involves collaborating directly with business stakeholders, leading technical workshops, mentoring development teams, and delivering scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with banking industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise ServiceNow FSO solutions.
• Lead ServiceNow architecture and technical design decisions.
• Develop scalable workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations using IntegrationHub.
• Define platform governance, security, and development standards.
• Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews.
• Optimize ServiceNow platform performance.
• Lead technical workshops and client meetings.
• Mentor developers and administrators.
• Resolve complex production issues.
• Ensure solutions comply with ServiceNow and banking security best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 2+ years of ServiceNow solution architecture experience.
• Strong experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• Extensive REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub experience.
• Strong scripting experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience leading technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Financial Services Operations (CIS-FSO)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
• Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Agile/Scrum Certification.
