Electrical Project Engineer

Salary: Up to £44,000 + Training & Development Opportunities

Monday-Friday | Days Only | Flexible Working Hours

Are you an Electrical Engineer looking to develop your career in a more project-focused role?

Our client, a highly successful and well-established FMCG manufacturer, is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join their team and support a range of exciting continuous improvement and capital project initiatives.

Following a recent investment of approximately £50 million in new manufacturing equipment, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and development. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with state-of-the-art machinery, helping to drive performance, reliability, and efficiency across the site.

No previous project management experience is required. Full training and support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for an engineer who is keen to expand their skillset and move into project-based work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of engineering and continuous improvement projects.

  • Assist with the optimisation and performance enhancement of new manufacturing equipment.

  • Work alongside production and engineering teams to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations.

  • Contribute to project planning, implementation, and commissioning activities.

  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards.

  • Electrically qualified with experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.

  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
