Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, case management, BPM, and system integrations.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years of hands-on Pega development.
• Strong experience with Pega PRPC, Pega Infinity, and BPM/Case Management.
• Expertise in Pega Decisioning, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, UI Rules, and Integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable applications using the Pega Platform.
• Configure workflows, business rules, case types, and integrations.
• Develop reusable components and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring adherence to Pega best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in technical design discussions.
