Job Description:

TPM (i.e., Technical Project/Program Manager) is a technical role that has some experience in Embedded Development along with Broadband

Program Management

• Strong Program Management skills. Should be able to manage the scope, timeline, and budget, working with a large number of stakeholders. Should be able to navigate stakeholders to drive the project outcome in an ambiguous environment.
• Tools: Should have worked on JIRA as it is used extensively to track programs, issues, etc.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills as need to talk to a diverse group of stakeholders who are geographically distributed

Technical Excellence

• Should have good technical knowledge of the domain and technologies.
• The person should be able to represent the technical teams in calls and hence should be able to understand the technical details of issues and risks arising out of it.
• Experience with Embedded Technologies

Leadership

• Should be able to drive teams towards the goal of the program. Must have led large programs involving geographically distributed teams in their previous experience.
• Should be comfortable in presenting the status of the program to senior leadership.
