The Role • Operate, set up, and monitor corrugated board systems. • Support maintenance and repair activities. • Verify production data for machine and material flow. • Conduct manufacturing and quality control checks. • Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures. What You'll Need • Previous experience as a machine and plant operator, or strong technical aptitude as a career changer. • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate flexibility. • High level of reliability and independent work ethic, including willingness to perform maintenance tasks. • Strong quality awareness. • Readiness for shift work. • Appreciation for flat hierarchies and efficient decision-making.
