Senior Salesforce Administrator / Production Support Lead

Short & Strong JD

  • 8 12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Salesforce Administration & Production Support.
  • Strong experience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs (15 20) simultaneously.
  • Handle production support, incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and enhancements.
  • Manage support requests through ServiceNow and email.
  • Expertise in user access, permissions, profiles/roles, and SSO issues.
  • Perform Salesforce configuration, field, picklist, and other admin changes.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional support teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce support environments.
