Job Description
Salesforce Australia is seeking a Service Cloud Solution Engineer to drive AI-powered service solutions for customers across Australia. You will translate business needs into tailored demonstrations, design architectures with integrations to contact centre and back office systems, and lead hands-on POCs and workshops.
You'll collaborate with Field Sales, Service Cloud teams and partners in a fast-paced matrix environment, travel up to 50% as required.
