The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Lead integration activities and the development of test environments and tools.
• Perform data analysis, prepare test briefings, and author comprehensive test reports.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to less-experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand customer requirements and establish test criteria.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, with a strong focus on Test Engineering.
• Proven background in Radar system integration and testing, including software and hardware.
• Experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Proficiency in C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development/systems analysis.
