Job Title: .NET Technical Lead

Location: Remote

Bill Rate : $85/hr.

Job Description:

• 8 - 14 years of experience
• Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API/WCF, and
• SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities to manage cross-functional expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Lead high-level design, write technical specifications, and architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and upskill junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical direction.
• Hands-on Development: Write robust code using C#, .NET Core, and related web technologies, alongside performance tuning and refactoring.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and estimate project scopes alongside product owners and clients.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce coding best practices, automated testing standards, and continuous integration workflows.
