Job Description

Business Process Designer

St. Louis, MO(Remote)

Long term

Rate : $75/hr on CTC

Lead cross-functional workshops to gather detailed business requirements and map end-to-end intercompany process workflows.

Design, model, and document future-state business processes to support system integration initiatives.

Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, proposing standardized, automated solution frameworks.

with technical architects and development teams to ensure technical deliverables align with business process designs.

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to evaluate post-implementation process efficacy.

Business Process Architecture & Modeling (BPMN / ARIS) – 5+ years
