The Role • Drive canvassing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads. • Plan and schedule routes for a team of Field Canvassers in assigned territories. • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of canvassers. • Ensure compliance with local ordinances by managing permit requirements. • Collaborate with operations and installation teams to enhance local brand presence. • Track and report key metrics to evaluate performance against sales lead quotas and ROI. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of experience in field canvassing management within a direct-to-consumer industry. • Proven experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, or field canvassing. • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training field staff. • Ability to work outdoors in various climates and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
