Skills & Experience Required

•            10+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience, with 3+ years in a technical lead role on Microsoft Power Platform.

•            Demonstrated ability to diagnose and remediate performance issues in Power Platform applications.

•            Experience with API integration architecture in enterprise HR data environments (Apigee, REST, DDP-style distribution patterns).

•            Background delivering complex, multi-workstream HR or enterprise workflow systems with compliance, audit, and entitlement requirements.
