Job Title: Lead Enterprise Architect

Location: BROADWAY, NEW YORK, (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for Enterprise Architecture teams, including Corporate Products, Transportation, and Business Architecture.
• Establish operational rhythm through standups, intake triage, prioritization, and architecture decision support.
• Mentor architects and elevate architectural thinking across product teams.
• Define and implement lightweight Enterprise Architecture governance, standards, and engagement models.
• Establish architecture review processes and decision-making frameworks.
• Align Enterprise Architecture with modernization initiatives.
• Integrate AI-driven architecture methods into Enterprise Architecture workflows.
• Assess Enterprise Architecture team capabilities and identify skill gaps.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience leading Enterprise Architecture teams, defining frameworks, establishing governance, and driving enterprise-wide architecture programs.
• Strong experience applying Enterprise Architecture frameworks, including DoDAF, UAF, TOGAF, BEA, and ETP, within complex environments.
• Extensive experience in systems engineering, designing, and modernizing large-scale systems across multiple domains.
• Experience leading cloud architecture initiatives using AWS and Google Cloud, including modernization and secure cloud adoption.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust Architecture aligned with NIST Zero Trust standards.
• Strong experience designing service-oriented and microservices-based architectures.
• Experience applying AI to architecture methods, modernization workflows, and architectural decision support.
• Experience providing Enterprise Architecture consulting and strategic architecture guidance within complex enterprise or government environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level IT acquisition and transformation initiatives.
• Executive advisory experience, providing strategic guidance to CIOs, CTOs, and senior leadership on Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven ability to mentor architecture teams, develop capabilities, improve organizational maturity, and strengthen architectural practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, systems engineering, or modernization leadership.
• Proven ability to stabilize and mature Enterprise Architecture functions within complex organizations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
