Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts covering end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes.

Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ modules.

Validate CPQ logic, including product bundling, complex pricing rules, discount approvals, quote generation, and contract renewals.

Log, track, and re-test software defects using tracking tools (e.g., Jira), collaborating closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Verify role-based permissions, profile access, and data security models across standard and custom Salesforce objects.
