Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst

Location: Iselin, NJ – Hybrid

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to manage project delivery while gathering and translating business requirements into functional solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

·         Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·         Create user stories, BRDs, and functional documentation.

·         Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, UAT, and project reporting.

·         Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills:

·         8-10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or hybrid PM/BA.

·         Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

·         Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.

·         Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

·         PMP, Scrum, or BA certifications are a plus.
