Project manager/ITSM, Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network, ITAM, Engineering

The Program Manager shall serve as the Contractor''s single point of contact responsible for overall contract execution, performance, and coordination.

. Responsibilities include:

•  
• Experience: 12+ years of IT program/project management experience, with at least 5 years managing federal IT operations contracts  

• Education: Bachelor''s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master''s preferred)  

Certifications (Preferred):   

• Project Management Professional (PMP)  

• ITIL v4 Foundation (minimum)  

• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader  

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist  

Experience Required:   

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-tower federal IT operations (service desk, infrastructure, network, engineering)  

• Experience with ServiceNow-based ITSM governance and reporting  

• Experience with federal change control boards (ERB/CCB/ICCB or equivalent)  

• Experience managing contracts with SLA-driven performance metrics and CPARS  

• Experience with federal transition-in/out processes  

• Experience managing staffing across multiple geographic locations
