Job Title: Senior DevSecOps Engineer HSM & Key Management (KMS)

Location: Plano, TX, Chandler, AZ, Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with strong expertise in Hardware Security Modules (HSM), Key Management Systems (KMS), and enterprise cryptography. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, automating, and validating secure cryptographic platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. This role focuses on building automation, developing test frameworks, validating security patches, and ensuring the reliability of enterprise key management infrastructure.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Security Engineering, Cryptography, or Key Management.
• Hands-on experience with HSMs (Thales, Entrust, FutureX, Utimaco, etc.) and KMS solutions (AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, or similar).
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong Linux administration and Shell scripting
• Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience building automated test frameworks, test harnesses, and validating patches/upgrades.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of PKI, TLS/SSL, SSH, encryption, and enterprise cryptographic standards.
• Experience with security validation, regression testing, performance testing, and troubleshooting complex security platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based key management services such as AWS KMS or Azure Key Vault.
• Knowledge of security frameworks including NIST, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
