Procurement Manager

Location: Vancouver, WA 98660 (Hybrid Preferred)
Employment Type: 3 Month W2 Contract (No C2C or Sponsorship)

About the Role

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support a leading technology organization during a temporary leave of absence. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with experience sourcing technology, SaaS, and professional services in a fast paced, high growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, across technology, SaaS, professional services, marketing, and other indirect spend categories.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, SLAs, and contracts to maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships while conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, HR, Security, and business leaders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
  • Analyze spend data to identify cost savings, vendor consolidation, and sourcing opportunities.
  • Ensure vendor agreements comply with company policies, data privacy requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Improve procurement processes, workflows, and tools.
  • Support technology, cloud, AI, data acquisition, and professional services contracting.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.
  • Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and spend analysis experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Procurement experience within a SaaS or technology organization.
  • Knowledge of software licensing, cloud services, and professional services contracting.
  • Experience supporting AI, cloud, or data acquisition agreements.
  • CPM, CPSM, or similar certification preferred.
