Conversational AI Architect

Location: Alpharetta (GA), Berkeley Heights (NJ), Omaha (Nebraska), Toronto, Coral Springs (FL) or Frisco (TX)

Duration: Longterm

• 10+ years of solution architecture experience.
• 5+ years architecting cloud-native applications.
• 5+ years designing AI-enabled or LLM-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Experience designing agentic workflows and tool-calling frameworks including:
• Establish patterns for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Define conversational orchestration services
• Implement guardrails to prevent hallucinations and unauthorized data exposure
• Design explainability frameworks for results presented and any financial calculations
• Experience with Snowflake a plus
