Fullstack Frontend Developer (React) (Outside) Frontend Developer (React) Duration: 6 Months Location:3 Days a week onsite in North Bristol Hours: 40 Hours Per Week Start: ASAP Overview We're looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with strong React expertise to join a fast-paced team building modern, data-driven digital products.

You'll play a key role in developing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces while collaborating closely with backend engineers, designers, and product teams.

Tech Stack Frontend React TypeScript JavaScript (ES6+) HTML5, CSS3 Backend Exposure Node.js REST APIs / GraphQL Nice to Have AI integrations (OpenAI, Azure AI or similar) Next.js Essential Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience developing frontend applications with React Advanced JavaScript and TypeScript skills Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern UI development Experience building reusable components and scalable frontend architectures Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services Knowledge of state management tools such as Redux or Zustand Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices Desirable Skills Experience with Next.js Exposure to AI-powered features or API integrations Knowledge of Node.js backend development Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP Storybook and design systems experience Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable React applications Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices Optimise applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability
