The Role • Manage and administer American Red Cross services for U.S. military members, veterans, and their families. • Build and maintain strong relationships with military leadership, community organizations, and external partners. • Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote services and increase community presence. • Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement to ensure program delivery. • Ensure consistent and effective delivery of services, including support for military treatment facilities and VA hospitals. • Manage budgets, track program outcomes, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related area. • Strong computer proficiency, public speaking skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances. • U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and a no-fee U.S. passport are required for mobile positions.
