Senior Manhattan WMS Consultant - DC & ITSM

The HR Ally is seeking a Manhattan WMS Specialist/Consultant to support and enhance enterprise Warehouse Management solutions. You will have hands-on configuration, integration, production support, and strong expertise in Manhattan WMS (2018 - Warehouse Management for Open Systems) for retail or distribution environments.

Key responsibilities include incident and change management, system monitoring, user provisioning, and cross-functional collaboration to meet SLA/KPI targets.
