Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior ML Ops Engineer to own the full ML lifecycle — from model fine-tuning and training to production deployment and monitoring. This role is hands-on with GPUs, Terraform, and scalable ML systems. You'll work onsite 5 days a week in Dallas, TX.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years of experience, with recent hands-on ML Ops work (within last 12 months)
  • End-to-end ML system design and implementation — from evaluation and statistical modeling to deployment and monitoring
  • ML model optimization: quantization, pruning, speculative decoding, etc.
  • System-level performance optimization — identifying and resolving bottlenecks
  • Strong programming: Java (library/package management, algorithms), Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Terraform
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Google Cloud Platform ML Tech Stack
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Big data technologies: Apache Spark, Hadoop
  • Awareness of ethical ML concerns (e.g., selection bias)
  • Model training & data analytics (anomalies, skew, discrepancies)
  • On-device ML system development

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable, end-to-end ML systems in production environments
  • Fine-tune, train, and serve ML models with a focus on performance and reliability
  • Apply optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, speculative decoding) to improve model efficiency
  • Identify and resolve system-level bottlenecks in ML pipelines
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Terraform and containerization tools
  • Write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively across teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment on technical goals
