Rate: $65-68/hr

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the integration of artificial intelligence capabilities into customer applications, including enterprise systems, products, and cloud infrastructures. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions such as chatbots, AI automation, Agentic AI and other cutting-edge use cases. This role requires a deep understanding of Gen AI tools, frameworks, and technologies, as well as a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of AI-driven solutions for customer applications, including chatbots, recommendation engines, and Agentic AI & automation tools.
• Lead the day-to-day development of AI solutions, including writing production-grade code and building scalable systems.
• Candidate should have good hands-on -Design & Development - Full SDLC in Python, .Net and Strong in Gen AI area.
• Evaluate and implement AI frameworks, libraries, and platforms to align with business and technical requirements.
• Develop scalable and secure AI pipelines and workflows that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and cloud infrastructures.
• Collaborate with product managers, Client Architects, developers, and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define technical strategies.
• Guide the selection and use of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other Gen AI technologies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and ethical guidelines in all Gen AI & ML implementations.
• Stay current with advancements in AI tools (Gen AI & ML) and technologies and recommend their integration into the organization''s toolkit.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams working on AI projects.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and architecture diagrams for implemented solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AI Architect or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered AI/Gen-AI solutions.
• Proficiency in AI tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google AI, or similar.
• Expertise in NLP, machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java, with experience in API development and integration.
• Knowledge of tools like LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Semantic Kernal
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and their AI/ML offerings.
• Familiarity with enterprise application development and full-stack technologies.
• Experience with chatbot development, automation frameworks, and AI-based decision systems.
• Solid understanding of AI ethics, data governance, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in AI/ML from platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with low-code/no-code AI integration tools.
• Understanding of DevOps practices for AI/ML model deployment.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
