Job Description
Seeking a Level 2 Onsite Support Technician based in the Norwalk, CT area who can travel to nearby client locations as needed, including Trumbull, Stamford, and Danbury. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, customer-focused, and solutions-driven technician who feels comfortable supporting users in person across all levels of the organization. You will own the day-to-day onsite support experience while maintaining strong alignment with the Service Delivery Manager. This role requires someone who is proactive, personable, and highly effective at troubleshooting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
