ServiceNow Developer / Technical Architect

Seeking a senior hands-on ServiceNow Developer / Technical Architect to support the U.S. Navy/SWRMC with ServiceNow development, enterprise workflow modernization, migration, integrations, and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions using ITSM, App Engine, Flow Designer, and custom applications.
• Perform Oracle APEX to ServiceNow migration, including data mapping, transformation, testing, and cutover.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, SSO/SAML/LDAP, and Mid Server.
• Configure workflows, business rules, security/RBAC, forms, tables, dashboards, and reports.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery, documentation, testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure security and protection of PII in a controlled government environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 3+ years of enterprise platform development/configuration/implementation.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD – active.
• CIS certification or ability to obtain within the required timeframe.
• Strong experience with ITSM, App Engine, JavaScript, REST/SOAP, APIs, and integrations.
• IAT-II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, GSEC, SSCP, or equivalent).
• Active Top Secret clearance or eligibility, as required.
• Eligible for CAC, DBIDS, SAAR-N, and Naval Base San Diego access.
• Willing and able to work 100% onsite at Naval Base San Diego.

Preferred

• U.S. Navy/DoD/Federal ServiceNow experience.
• Oracle APEX modernization/migration experience.
• Field Service, workflow automation, AI/search, and enterprise architecture experience.
• Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and knowledge-transfer skills.
