IAM Migration Consultant

Looking for a senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) leader to head an enterprise authentication modernization initiative. In this role, you will lead the migration from legacy ForgeRock OpenAM to PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and Microsoft Entra ID.

Position Overview

• Role: Senior IAM Consultant (Identity & Access Management)
• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
• Location: Salt Lake City, UT
• Interview Mode: Remote or In-Person (Candidate Choice)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the authentication architecture migration from ForgeRock OpenAM to PingOne & Entra ID.
• Design, configure, and validate SSO workflows using OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Build migration roadmaps, execute testing, and deliver technical handoff documentation.

• Primary Platforms: PingOne | Microsoft Entra ID | ForgeRock OpenAM
• Protocols: OAuth 2.0 | OpenID Connect (OIDC) | SAML 2.0 | SSO
• Core Competencies: IAM Platform Migration | Authentication Architecture | Technical Documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Public Sector / Government IAM project experience
• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, Ping/Microsoft Certifications)
• Hybrid Identity environment implementations
