Job Description

🚨 Hiring: OnBase Technical Lead – WorkView & Workflow 🚨

📍 Location: Harrisburg, PA
💻 Work Arrangement: Remote – occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA
⏳ Duration: Long-term contract, expected extension through 06/30/2027 and likely ongoing 6-month extensions
🗣️ Interview: Initial virtual interview via Teams, potentially followed by an in-person interview

We are looking for an experienced OnBase Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Hyland OnBase WorkView and Workflow.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the OnBase development team and provide technical direction
• Design, develop, configure, and enhance existing OnBase applications
• Architect and optimize WorkView applications and Workflow processes
• Configure and administer OnBase systems
• Develop workflow, interface, and process strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Lead requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
• Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and technical reviews
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams
• Identify and resolve technical issues, risks, and action items
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and OnBase training
