Technology Engineer, Senior

Job Summary:

The Senior Technology Engineer serves as a subject matter expert for the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise technology solutions. This role independently manages complex configurations, integrations, and enhancements, collaborating closely with other technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technology configuration, customization, and integration activities
• Design and implement system enhancements that improve usability and performance
• Troubleshoot high-impact issues and coordinate resolution across teams
• Develop technical documentation, process flows, and system diagrams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts
• Support testing, release management, and environment validation processes

• Deep technical expertise in the assigned technology domain and integration methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex systems
• Proficiency in one or more scripting and automation technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business groups
• Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results under minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering preferred
• 5-8 years of experience in technology systems engineering or related IT discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep expertise in VMware / vSphere hypervisor management, preferred
• Strong Active Directory management, Active Directory recovery, and Entra ID implementation, preferred
• Experience with tier-zero applications (DHCP, DNS), preferred
• Windows Server ecosystem, preferred
• Scripting and automation technologies (e.g., automated server builds), preferred
• Preferred Microsoft and CompTIA (Server/Infrastructure) certifications
