I'm working with a global consultancy looking for an experienced Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager to support the delivery of large-scale software programmes across public and private sector clients.

This isn't a traditional Scrum Master position. It's ideal for someone who enjoys coaching Agile teams while taking ownership of delivery, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for:

• Facilitating Agile delivery across multidisciplinary software teams
• Leading Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Managing delivery risks, dependencies and blockers
• Supporting product owners with backlog prioritisation
• Driving delivery metrics and continuous improvement
• Working closely with developers, architects, testers and business stakeholders
• Communicating delivery progress to technical and non-technical audiences
• Supporting Agile best practice across multiple projects

We're looking for experience in:

• Scrum Master or Agile Delivery roles
• Agile software delivery
• Jira (essential)
• Sprint planning and backlog management
• Cross-functional software engineering teams
• Delivery reporting and stakeholder management
• Continuous improvement and Agile coaching
• DevOps awareness

Desirable experience

• Scrum Master or Agile certifications
• Public Sector or Healthcare delivery
• GDS experience
• SC Clearance (or eligibility)
