Job Description

The SAP GTS Support Consultant will provide functional and technical support for SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) modules, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and optimizing global trade processes. The role involves day-to-day issue resolution, change request management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP GTS modules including Compliance Management
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user queries
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements
• Configure and maintain SAP GTS settings to meet business needs
• Support integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and third-party systems
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations
• Document solutions, processes, and user guides
• Stay updated on global trade regulations and suggest system updates accordingly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years
• Education: Bachelor''s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• SAP GTS Experience: 3 years of experience in SAP GTS support and implementation
• Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of global trade compliance and customs regulations
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
