Office‑Based Project Manager – Conservatories<br />Location: Office‑based (multi‑branch support)<br />Department: Conservatory HUB<br />Employment Type: Full‑time<br />Salary: £27k pa<br />Are you an organised, confident communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? We’re looking for a proactive Office‑Based Project Manager to join our Conservatory HUB and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across all branches.<br />This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the centre of project coordination.<br />About the Role<br />As our Office‑Based Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery of conservatory projects from initial contact through to installation. You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, and external trades to ensure every stage of the process is well‑organised, clearly communicated, and completed on schedule.<br />This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping projects running like clockwork.<br />Key Responsibilities<br />Customer Communication &amp; Support

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their conservatory project.
  • Provide regular updates to our customers on planning applications, SAP calculations, surveys, installation dates, and overall progress.
  • Build strong relationships by delivering clear, timely, and professional communication.<br />Project Coordination Across Branches
  • Manage and oversee conservatory projects for multiple branches simultaneously.
  • Work closely with the Conservatory HUB team to ensure all departments are aligned and informed.<br />Trades &amp; Scheduling
  • Organise and book plasterers, electricians, scaffolders, and other required trades.
  • Ensure trades are scheduled in the correct order to maintain project flow and avoid delays.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with contractors to ensure reliability and quality.
  • Coordinate installation dates with fitting teams and ensure all materials and permissions are ready.
  • Support the wider HUB by helping resolve bottlenecks and ensuring smooth handovers.<br />Technical Development
  • Cross‑Departmental Support
  • Gain a broad understanding of all roles within the Conservatory HUB.
  • Provide cover and support during staff absence or busy periods.
  • Contribute to improving processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.<br />What We’re Looking For
