Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Location: NYC, Fort Lauderdale location of Amex / Phoenix Location
Duration : 12 Months Contract, with potential to extend
Job Summary
Must-Have Skills
- Technical Program Management (TPM) experience managing large-scale enterprise programs
- SAFe Agile Implementation experience, including PI Planning, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and cross-functional team coordination
- Experience leading Salesforce transformation and implementation projects
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform)
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce (AI Agents), AI-driven automation, and generative AI initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and budgets
- Agile/Scrum project delivery and governance experience
- Vendor and offshore/onshore team management
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and cloud-based technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe Agilist (SA), SPC, PMP, or Scrum certifications
- Experience delivering AI/ML and automation programs
- Salesforce certifications or experience working closely with Salesforce Architects and Product Owners
- Enterprise-scale digital transformation experience
