About the Role

You'll be working closely with the Agri Commercial team to drive revenue growth through proactive outbound sales activity focused on features, and tactical advertising opportunities across ACM Agri brands like The Land and Stock & Land. This is a heavy telesales and campaign focused role where you will monetise our editorial calendar, seasonal lift outs, and stud sale promotions while managing a small portfolio of livestock clients. This is a hands on role that offers both independence and collaboration, with space to grow your skills and career.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven Sales Experience: Strong background in media, advertising, high volume telesales, or commercial sales environments with a knack for short cycle conversions.
  • Outbound Pipeline Management: Demonstrated capability in lead generation, outbound prospecting, managing sales activity metrics, and overcoming customer objections.
  • Campaign & Feature Execution: Ability to confidently sell, structure, and schedule multi product advertising solutions across print, digital, and event led features.
  • Relationship & Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, closing, and customer engagement skills to build strong relationships with livestock agents, producers, and industry suppliers.
  • Organisational Excellence: Highly organized with strong CRM proficiency to balance active campaign sales rhythms with accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
