Job Description

Position: Mobile Mechanical Engineer Location: North London Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Overtime + Company Van & Fuel Card Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join their engineering team covering a portfolio of commercial buildings across North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a varied mobile role with excellent training, career progression, and long-term stability.

What you'll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical building services systems. Service, maintain, and fault find on HVAC plant, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, pipework, pressurisation units, and general plant room equipment.

Diagnose mechanical faults, carry out repairs, and ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory compliance requirements. Complete routine inspections, plant checks, filter changes, and minor mechanical installations and repairs.

Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. Maintain accurate service records and deliver a high standard of customer service across all sites. What you'll bring: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 in a Mechanical or Plumbing discipline.

Experience working within commercial building services or facilities maintenance. Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical building services systems. Full UK driving licence. A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused approach. Why Apply?
