Cybersecurity Engineer with Security Clearance

Cybersecurity Engineer Location: Washington, DC Job Type: Hybrid (on-site work) as needed Description: Our client seeks a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead assessments, implement and manage security solutions. This role involves hybrid work with on-site requirements in Washington, DC as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments and audits
• Implement security protocols and solutions
• Manage and monitor security infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM preferred
• Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and threat detection
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
