The Role • Exchange and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the additional function of "Operations Manager (HWK)" responsible for technical and professional matters on-site, ensuring adherence to company standards and daily operational planning. • Advise and support customers with a high level of service orientation from order intake to vehicle return. • Manage invoicing, customer funds, and optimize incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as a vehicle mechanic, mechatronics technician, or body shop technician. • Willingness to undergo the necessary training for the operations manager role, or already hold this qualification. • A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, independently, and foster trust-based collaboration. • Commitment to company values and fostering an inclusive work environment.
