Job Description:

Role: ServiceNow System Administrator

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Experience required:7-10 years

Note: Need pure ServiceNow Administrator not ServiceNow Developer/Admin profile

Experience:

• Strong database administration skills across at least two of: SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Working knowledge of Apache Kafka: topics, partitions, consumer groups, cluster linking, and MirrorMaker.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS), JVM tuning, and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in Window Server administration (2022+, Powershell scripting)
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure services (Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Private Endpoints).
• Strong understanding of network security: mTLS, certificate management, hybrid connectivity.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and API integration.
