Job Description
Axiom Technologies is seeking a skilled desktop support professional to join our team on the Gold Coast. You will provide onsite and on-call assistance to end users, resolve incidents, and coordinate with multiple tech groups to deliver reliable IT support.
The role requires hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Intune, AD, SCCM, and PowerShell, plus strong communication and customer service skills. A relevant IT certification is preferred and experience in enterprise environments is a must.
