Key Responsibilities

Generate hospice referrals and grow market share throughout your assigned territory

Develop relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living communities, senior living providers, and healthcare professionals

Execute strategic healthcare sales and business development initiatives

Educate referral sources on hospice eligibility, benefits, and services

Build and maintain a strong referral network and book of business

Identify new business opportunities and partnership growth strategies

Represent Geiss Med Hospice at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach activities
