Senior IT Specialist with Security Clearance

JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Senior IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Portsmouth, NH. This role will directly support the government customer with Network support, including switch configuration and turning ports on/off. The day to day includes:
• Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
• Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
• Printer and related hardware resets
• User account support
• Diagnosing network issues
• Working through trouble tickets REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Active Secret clearance
• Security+ certification • 3+ years of network support experience • Ability to work onsite in the Portsmouth, NH area NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• CCNA certification Compensation: $35/hr to $38/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
