Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales with proven experience in selling Payroll Services, Statutory Compliance Services, Facility Management Services (FMS), and Contract Labour Services. The role requires an individual who can generate new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and outbound prospecting.
  • Acquire new clients for Payroll Services, Statutory Compliance Services, Facility Management Services (FMS), and Contract Labour Services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements based on client requirements.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives across the organization's service portfolio.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead generation tools to identify and engage prospective clients.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to closure and client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal operations, HR, compliance, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling one or more of the following services:
  • Payroll Services
  • Statutory Compliance Services
  • Facility Management Services (FMS)
  • Contract Labour/Manpower Services
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings across India.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Existing network of HR, Finance, Administration, Procurement, or Operations professionals across corporate organizations.
  • Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
  • Experience handling enterprise, corporate, and mid-market clients.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and contribute to strategic business growth.
