Regional Accounts Manager | Phoenix, AZ, United States | Hybrid

The Role
• Serve as the primary sales contact for accounts, managing the full range of manufactured products and integrated solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships within the assigned region.
• Understand customer business needs to craft unique solutions and build preference for the company's offerings.
• Deliver product presentations and participate in industry events like seminars and trade shows.
• Prepare detailed equipment proposals, conduct sales contract reviews, and assist in resolving client concerns.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM data.
What You'll Need
• BS Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related Technical Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technical Sales or Marketing role, or a combination of Electrical Engineering and Sales/Marketing experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical products, applications, and relevant industry standards (NEC, ANSI, IEC).
• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, computer, and work planning skills.
• Experience selling to Electrical Distributors in North America is preferred.
• Ability to estimate, negotiate, and respond to technical clarifications.
