The Role • Lead and manage a team of Membership Advisors, ensuring optimal staffing levels and sales performance. • Recruit, interview, and hire new team members in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. • Develop staff through coaching, training, and real-time skill development to enhance sales and customer service. • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive membership sales goals and objectives. • Ensure adherence to sales playbooks and quality control standards in all member interactions. • Collaborate with management and department heads to strategize, plan, and achieve sales targets.
