About the Role

We are seeking a Network Engineer IV to support enterprise security, access management, audit, and technology initiatives across a complex SAP environment.

This senior-level position will focus on implementing and maintaining secure access controls, supporting audit and compliance requirements, coordinating technology enhancements, and helping establish consistent technical standards across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, enterprise security, or a related technical discipline, along with strong knowledge of SAP Security, SAP GRC, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and technology controls.
What You'll Do

• Perform audit testing in accordance with established company policies, procedures, and technology control requirements.
• Identify, document, and help remediate audit findings and security risks.
• Implement and maintain user access controls and security configurations within SAP environments.
• Configure SAP systems and related infrastructure to mitigate security and access risks.
• Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes for users, applications, and devices accessing enterprise systems.
• Support SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC) activities and access governance initiatives.
• Develop processes, templates, standards, and technical documentation for system implementations and development activities.
• Help align technical and development practices across SAP systems and application teams.
• Evaluate new SAP technologies and enterprise solutions to identify potential security, compliance, and operational risks.
• Coordinate system, platform, network, and infrastructure enhancements while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and access policies.
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, SAP, application, audit, and compliance teams.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on security, access management, and infrastructure-related initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in network engineering, infrastructure, enterprise security, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and configuration within SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP Security and/or SAP GRC.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and solutions.
• Experience implementing or supporting user access controls, authorization, roles, and provisioning.
• Strong understanding of audit and compliance requirements for enterprise technology systems.
• Experience identifying security risks and supporting remediation efforts.
• Ability to develop technical documentation, processes, standards, and implementation templates.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of XSA (SAP HANA XS Advanced).
• Experience with SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
• Experience supporting SOX, IT or other technology compliance programs.
• Experience working with enterprise network, infrastructure, or security enhancements.
• Experience standardizing technical or security practices across multiple enterprise environments.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position.

• First 2 weeks: Onsite
• After onboarding: 1 week onsite each month
• Remaining time: Remote
• Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time
• Equipment will be provided for the assignment.
