Summary:
Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and functional positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR to develop hiring strategies, source top talent, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The recruiter will leverage market intelligence, ATS/CRM tools, and sourcing platforms to build talent pipelines while ensuring compliance with hiring regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical and functional roles.

·       Partner with hiring managers and HR to define hiring needs and strategies.

·       Source, screen, interview, and close candidates.

·       Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Clearance Jobs, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.

·       Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends.

·       Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with EEO/OFCCP requirements.

·       Utilize ATS/CRM systems (preferably Workday and/or Eightfold) to manage requisitions and recruitment metrics.

·       Support employer branding and participate in recruiting events.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor''s degree with 6+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience (or 10+ years without a degree).

·       Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical talent (engineering, manufacturing, and related fields).

·       Expertise in sourcing through social media and online recruiting platforms.

·       Proven ability to partner with HR and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Agency recruiting experience.

·       Experience with Workday and/or Eightfold ATS.

·       Knowledge of OFCCP compliance.

·       Strong market intelligence, talent pipeline development, and passive candidate sourcing skills.

·       Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
