Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Travel Growth & Digital Experience to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of digital travel initiatives that drive customer engagement, bookings, and revenue growth. This role partners across Product, Marketing, UX, Digital, Analytics, and external partners to deliver seamless customer experiences across digital channels.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in product management, digital customer journeys, growth strategies, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership. This individual will serve as the strategic connector across multiple teams, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business objectives and executed successfully from concept through optimization.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $175000.00 - $192000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This role partners across Product, Marketing, UX, Digital, Analytics, and external partners to deliver seamless customer experiences across digital channels.

This individual will serve as the strategic connector across multiple teams, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business objectives and executed successfully from concept through optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic product roadmaps focused on customer engagement, digital growth, and revenue generation.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, UX, Digital, Analytics, and external stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, campaigns, and customer experience enhancements.
- Ensure campaigns launch with the appropriate offers, messaging, creative assets, and digital experiences.
- Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Monitor performance metrics and leverage customer insights and analytics to drive prioritization and decision-making.
- Present roadmaps, business cases, performance results, and strategic recommendations to Senior leadership.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to influence future capabilities, integrations, and product enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, engagement, bookings, and revenue through digital channels.
- Support organizational growth initiatives and help establish scalable product management practices.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, Program Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in digital growth strategies, conversion optimization, and customer engagement.
- Experience building product roadmaps and managing initiatives from concept through launch.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, user experience principles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and results to executive leadership.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the travel, hospitality, tourism, e-commerce, or online booking industries.
- Knowledge of travel booking platforms, travel technology ecosystems, partner integrations, or reservation systems.
- Familiarity with merchandising strategies, promotional planning, and value proposition development.
- Experience working with third-party vendors, strategic partners, and digital ecosystems.
- Prior experience scaling functions, mentoring team members, or building high-performing teams.
