Finacle Product Processor

Preferred Location: Charlotte, NJ/NYC, Dallas, Toronto

Key Responsibilities: Analyze current-state payments processing on ACI MTS (flows, interfaces, routing rules, message formats, reconciliation) and map to target-state capabilities in Infosys Finacle. Configure and validate Finacle payment processing/product parameters (payment types, charges/fees, limits, routing, validations, calendars, cutoffs) aligned to business and regulatory requirements. Define functional/technical requirements and collaborate with integration teams to build interfaces (e.g., ESB/APIs, MQ, file-based) between Finacle and channels, core banking, AML/fraud, and downstream settlement systems. Support message transformation and standards alignment (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX where applicable) and ensure accurate end-to-end processing and acknowledgements. Lead or contribute to SIT/UAT planning and execution: test scenario design, data setup, defect triage, regression testing, and production readiness sign-offs. Plan and execute data migration activities: mapping, cleansing rules, reconciliation approach, and validation controls for migrated reference and transaction-related data. Coordinate cutover and hypercare activities including runbooks, parallel run strategies, fallbacks, monitoring dashboards, and operational handover to support teams. Produce high-quality documentation (process maps, configuration workbooks, interface specs, test evidence, SOPs) and provide knowledge transfer/training to operations and L2/L3 support.

Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with Infosys Finacle in a payments/product processing capacity (configuration, processing flows, troubleshooting). Prior exposure to ACI MTS (or equivalent legacy payments processor) and proven experience executing modernization/migration programs. Strong knowledge of banking payments operations (STP, exceptions handling, returns/repairs, settlement, reconciliation, cutoffs). Experience with integration patterns and middleware: APIs, MQ, file interfaces, and service orchestration (ESB concepts). Working knowledge of payment message formats/standards such as ISO 20022 and/or SWIFT MT/MX (as applicable to the program). Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation; familiarity with log analysis and production support practices. Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models; ability to translate business requirements into functional specs and test cases. Excellent stakeholder management skills working with business, IT, vendor teams, and external partners
